Estimates & Pricing

We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of assessment. If additional work is discovered during the course of a job, we will inform you of the additional cost and obtain your approval before proceeding. Final pricing may vary from estimates if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, or through our website. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you whenever possible.

Warranty & Guarantees

Warranty terms vary by the type of work performed and the products installed. Specific warranty information will be provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on products such as water heaters, fixtures, and equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Southside Plumbing’s labor warranties are separate from and in addition to manufacturer product warranties.

Program Description

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to all messages sent to and from Southside Plumbing.

Important: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Southside Plumbing. You may schedule appointments or purchase services without opting in to text communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from Southside Plumbing at 303-346-8426. After you text STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. If you wish to rejoin, text START to 303-346-8426 or sign up again through our website.
