We also protect your information offline. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies for functionality and user experience enhancement. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and for remarketing purposes.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include a unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Other tracking technologies such as beacons, tags, and scripts are also used to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our website.

Certain browsers can be set to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.

To turn off targeting and advertising cookies, visit the Cookie Settings in the browser footer of the site and turn these types of cookies off. Do Not Track Policy

Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals.

SECTION 8

Our Sites & Services Are Based in the United States

We are based in the United States and our services and products are designed for residents of the United States. By interacting with us, you understand your information will be transferred to us and used under applicable U.S. federal and state laws. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal information, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

SECTION 9

Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information to third parties to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including third-party service providers who access information about you to perform services on our behalf or help us execute services you have requested. Service providers may include financial processing companies, information-hosting applications and services, review and feedback-related service providers, SMS/messaging platform providers, and marketing, advertising, and communications service providers.

Under CCPA, CPA, and CDPA, you have the right to opt out of these practices.

Targeted Advertising

We use information (as described above) to serve you with ads we think you will find relevant. We might do this based on your browsing habits or other activities. These could appear on our platforms or others’ platforms. This is often called interest-based, targeted, or “cross-contextual” advertising, and may occur on social media platforms after you leave our site.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (such as a court order or a government agency).

Legal Requirements

We will transfer relevant categories of information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We will also disclose information if a government agency or investigatory body requests it, including U.S. and non-U.S. law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
