After nearly three hours of troubleshooting, Kyle was able to find a small plastic/ceramic thing was stuck in the water line and remove it. Problem solved. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
My wife and I decided on moving forward with a new Navien tankless water heater and a Halo whole house water filtration system.
Mark, Adam, Trevor, and Isaiah performed with excellence to remove the old tank and install the new systems all within a day.
