WHAT WE DO
Underground Sewer & Water Line Services
When your sewer line breaks, collapses, or separates underground, you need a team that can diagnose the problem accurately and present you with the most cost-effective repair. At Southside Plumbing, that’s exactly what we do.
Our master plumbers start every sewer job with a camera inspection to see exactly what’s happening inside your pipe. From there, we’ll walk you through your options — whether that’s a targeted pipe patch, a section of pipe replacement, or a full yard line excavation — and give you upfront pricing before any work begins.
We handle sewer pipes, water lines from the meter to your home, and even water lines bent or damaged by foundation settling. Our goal is always the same: find the most economical solution that solves the problem permanently.
TRENCHLESS REPAIR
Sewer Pipe Patching
Not every sewer problem requires digging up your yard. When the damage is localized — a crack, a joint separation, root intrusion at a single point, or a small hole — pipe patching can repair the problem from the inside without excavation.
We use trenchless technology that places a resin-saturated fiberglass patch inside the pipe at the exact point of failure. The patch is inflated and cured in place, creating a permanent structural repair that restores full flow.

FULL LINE REPLACEMENT
Underground Sewer Line Replacement
When damage extends beyond what a patch can fix — multiple failure points, widespread corrosion, a collapsed pipe, or deterioration along the full length of the line — the pipe needs to be replaced. Southside Plumbing excavates and replaces all types of underground residential sewer pipes.
We replace cast iron, clay, and any other sewer pipe material found in residential homes in the south Denver metro area. Many homes built before the 1980s have cast iron pipes that corrode from the inside out over decades. Clay pipes are prone to root intrusion and joint separation. Whatever the material, our master plumbers will develop a replacement plan that minimizes disruption to your home and restores reliable drainage.

OUR PROCESS
How We Diagnose Your Sewer Problem
We don’t guess. Every sewer repair starts with a thorough inspection so we can give you an accurate diagnosis and the most economical repair plan.
- 1
Sewer Camera Inspection – We insert a high-definition camera into your sewer line to visually inspect the condition of the pipe from the inside. This shows us exactly where the damage is, what type of damage it is, and how far it extends.
- 2
Locate & Mark – Using the camera’s built-in locator, we pinpoint the exact location and depth of the problem underground. This lets us plan the most targeted, least invasive repair possible.
- 3
Review Your Options – We walk you through what we found, show you the camera footage, and present your repair options — from a simple pipe patch to a full line replacement. You get upfront pricing for each option so you can make the best decision for your home and budget.
- 4
Execute the Repair – Once you approve, we schedule the work and get it done. After the repair is complete, we run the camera again to verify the line is clear and functioning properly.
