Southside Plumbing was started in 2005 as a home-based business in Highlands Ranch, CO by Mark Friesen, a master plumber, and his wife and operations manager Liz Friesen. Southside started off building custom homes, but as the recession slowed the home building industry in 2007 – 2008, Southside began taking on residential service plumbing.

Now, our expert plumbing team includes 4 master plumbers and 1 journeyman plumber (journeymen are trained the same as a master plumber, but have not been trained to start a business). This well-educated team works with apprentices, who are learning from them and helping on the job. We also invest in a quality, four-year training program for our apprentices including evening classes on code and other important tools of the trade. We don’t just throw inexperienced plumbers in the van and send them your way.

Since we started, we at Southside Plumbing have focused our efforts on serving Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Littleton, North Castle Pines, and West Centennial. Because most of us not only serve the area, but we also live in the area, our team is invested in our community.
