My home had two water heaters linked together for some reason. One water heater was 15 years old and its base suddenly began to leak significantly. I wanted to unlink the copper pipes and remove the old leaking water heater, leaving the second but newer one in place. Michael Y. came over during the scheduled time window. I showed him what I wanted done. He gave me the bid for the job and proceeded to do all that I asked. I watched the work, not to supervise but I like to see how things are done. As I asked questions he gave me specific and inciteful answers. Like many older people I have needed to hire plumbers from time to time, so I was impressed with the clarity of the answers. He worked quickly and efficiently and fully cleaned up the work area when finished. He wore disposable shoe covers in the house but not outside. When he transported the old water heater outside he did it in such a way that no residual water fell on the carpet. He explained the one year warranty for the work. I was quite pleased with the quality of the work.
